Shipping

All of our yarns are sent directly from our studio. All orders are shipped within 3 working days using tracked post within New Zealand and standard post for international orders. Your yarn should arrive within 5 working days (New Zealand); however, once the parcel has left us, we have no control over the delivery times, which may vary. International post, dependening on the country, will take between 10 days and 3 weeks.

Returns

We are happy for you to return any yarn should it not meet your expectations. Contact us within 14 days of the sale at ruataniwha.dyestudio@gmail.com to discuss your concerns. All yarn must be returned within 14 days of contact, in the same condition that it was sent and in the original packaging. Custom orders and postage costs (including return postage cost) are non-refundable.

Custom orders

If your are specifically after one of our shades that you don't see available in the shop, email ruataniwha.dyestudio@gmail.com and we can discuss your options. Individual custom orders don't incur additional fees; however, we don't accept returns of custom orders.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

We are able to offer wholesale prices on a limited number of our yarn bases. Please email ruataniwa.dyestudio@gmail.com for information.
